At Powerland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home appliances and equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Powerland account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to begin the process.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup for large appliances.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item at our facility, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
